The workshops are designed to provide paticipants with an opportunity to:
- Build life literacy and leadership skills
- Practice how to mange time and tasks
- Learn effective communication and team building skills
- Understand the mind, body, heart by playing sports
Days are centered on getting outside and moving along with STEM activites and projects designed to promote social and emotional learning in order to be more self-aware and self-confident.
